QEMU with the Windows Hypervisor tends to be very unstable and may not work on your system at all. (This is one of the reasons we strongly recommend that you use a Linux host) In this case, you can still achieve some performance by using <code>-accel tcg,thread=multi</code>, although it still won't be anywhere near native speeds.
