Data we collect

Civics (hereby referred to as "the bot") collects data such as Server IDs and Server Names. The bot does not collect any personal user data, such as User IDs, Channel IDs, etc.

Why do we collect this data?

We collect such information to provide unique responses to different clients, as some of our features may require different solutions for different guilds, and to protect the bot from any potential malicious abuse.

How do we protect our data?

We ensure that our data will be safe and secure in our servers, and we have taken measures to prevent any potential data loss as well as protect the database. We will never misuse or share this information.

Can I get the data removed?

You may request your data to be removed by contacting collabvm on Discord. Once it has been removed, the process can't be reverted.
