TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Terms of service for the "Civics" bot. This guides our clients on how they can use the "Civics" bot.

By using this bot, the client agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If the client does not agree to the terms of this agreement, they should immediately cease use of the bot.

1. The client must not use this bot in any way that violates applicable laws, rules, or regulations, or infringes upon the rights of any third party.

2. The client agrees not to add this bot into "bot farm" servers.

  • A "bot farm" server is a server in which bots are added to artificially inflate the member count, or a server in which bots are used solely for command spam.

3. The client agrees that the bot owner has rights to prohibit any server from using the bot.

4. The client agrees that the bot owner may modify or discontinue the bot at any time, without any prior notice. The client agrees that the bot owner shall not be held liable to the user or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of this bot.

5. The client agrees that the bot owner shall not be held liable for any damages or issues caused by the use of or inability to use this bot, including but not limited to: damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or any other intangible losses.

6. This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, for any reason. Upon termination, the client must immediately cease any use of this bot.
