Improvements from Vista

  • Aero was changed a bit
  • Superbar now exists
  • Basic theme also changed a bit
  • Removal of sidebar but gadgets still exist
  • Start menu changed a bit
  • Less buggy I guess
  • Proper drivers

It didn't really change much but people still loved it
