Although the internet is nearly unrestricted on VM 0b0t, there is a heavily stripped down version of CollabNet in place on the VMs, meaning anyone can visit almost any website they please (except a few select areas, see [https://computernewb.com/collab-vm/rules/vm0/ here]). This allows for a lot more freedom and flexibility compared to the regular VMs, which are restricted with AD system policies, and have [[CollabNet]], and[[Whitelister]] in place to prevent you from accessing inappropriate/malicious websites and connecting with any proxies or VPNs.
