(I will get an desktop since laptops under 18500 EGP doesn't offer Intel Core 10th gen Hexa Core CPU. Also Laptops have overheating issues.)

Laptops are more prone to overheating and more expensive than Desktops, Desktops are more safe and offer better CPU and GPU.
