VM2 is the third VM in CollabVM. The VM currently runs Microsoft Windows XP Professional x86 Service Pack 3.

The VM contains several preinstalled programs, including 7-Zip, Embarcadero Dev-C++ 6.3, Mypal68 (a fork of Mozilla Firefox 68 for Windows XP), Ungoogled Chromium 100, the HashCheck shell extension, XP Codec Pack and several custom themes from the Integral Edition. Unlike the other Windows VMs (except VM 0b0t), the user does not have a disk quota set. The VM has 50 GB of space, the second-lowest of any other VM, just surpassing VM8. The VM has the theme set by default as the LunaZune theme, and the wallpaper set by default as the Storm Bliss wallpaper. It has 3 GB of RAM and comes with a QXL graphics card, allowing it to run some basic 2D applications.
The VM has been mysteriously reinstated into existence, but the VM still doesn't show up in the VM list. The records of the VM existing in this day and age is still an enigma to us all. But you may be wondering, how did I get newer documentation of this VM, and pictures in high quality of this supposedly gone VM?? I can assure you I did not borrow this trade secret from someone else, but I will not disclose any more information to prevent uninvited guests and various assailants from entering the VM unwarranted. Let's just put it like this: I knew exactly the way in.

VM2 and VM1 are the only VMs on the site that have never changed operating systems, and it's the only VM on the site that has kept the exact operating system (in VM1's case, it switched from Tiny7 to full Windows 7).
